At TheNurturely, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions below.
📝 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or washed products
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards, clearance items, or final sale products
- Digital products (if applicable)
📦 Return Process

- We will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
